It was Friday afternoon and charlotte was at the swimming pool. she had just finished her race when she headed back to find that she was missing her old grandfathers locket. “…but where did it go?” she shouted. charlotte gathered up all her family to look for it but the pool was about to close when they found a clue. the clue was a note they had found under an old bench where her bag lay. the note read: Charlotte  I have taken the locket, don’t worry its in safe hands now. It was her grandfathers writing!’ it cant be his ghost! ‘can it’? she shouted loudly!

in the 6/7 class we have been learning about writing a specific type of  sentence’s and what they can represent. we have also been learning about verbs, adjectives and nouns.

in Literacy  we have studied a book called ” silver buttons” which is full of verbs, adjectives and nouns. we have also been learning about critical Literacy and a lot of new words…

Science

in science we have done a lot of investigating and learning a lot about the human body, such as the spinal cord and organs. we have had to figure out finger prints and started on some pretty cool skeleton art. Also in the human body we have had to do work sheets and figure out where each body part goes…
